- 4 carrots
- 2 1/2 cups butternut squash (cubed)
- 2 apples
- 1 sweet potato
- 1-2 inch section of ginger root
- 2 turmeric roots
- 1 lemon
- Wash all produce well
- Peel lemon if not organic
- Add to slow juicer
- Pour into a glass
