I want to take a moment to share something importa I want to take a moment to share something important with you all. For the past few years, I’ve been using a specific type of cashew in my cheeses and cheesecakes that many of you have come to love. Unfortunately, the wholesale company I’ve relied on has discontinued those cashews.

For the last couple of months, I tried using a different variety that cost the same, because I truly didn’t want to raise my prices. But the truth is, it affected the quality of my cheese—and that didn’t sit right with me. I care deeply about the integrity of my products and, more importantly, about the people who enjoy them.

Because of this, I’ve made the decision to switch to a higher-quality cashew that better reflects the standard I’ve always promised to uphold. This new cashew—and other organic ingredients I use—comes at a higher cost. I’ve held off on increasing prices for as long as I could, but it’s reached a point where it’s no longer sustainable.

I will be adjusting the price of my cheese to reflect this change, but I’ll also be offering bundle discounts to help make it a little easier for those who love to stock up or share.

Please know this: I will never compromise on quality. I refuse to use low-grade, genetically modified ingredients—because my health matters, and so does yours. If it’s not something I would eat or be proud to share with my family, I won’t sell it.

I’m beyond grateful for each and every one of you who continues to support this journey. Your trust means everything to me, and I promise to keep making the best quality cheese and cheesecake I possibly can.
